UAB Hermeda and UAB Eurotrakas rent out four separate outdoor storage yards at Kirtimų st. 2, Vilnius, ranging from 100 to 300 m². The price is €2/m²/month + VAT, so 100 m² comes to €200/month + VAT. You sign the lease directly with the owners, the minimum term is one month, and you can start using the yard the same day.

If you need more space, you can rent several yards at once. They all sit inside the same complex, so you can grow without changing address or shuttling between two sites.
The minimum lease term is one month. That way you can take a yard exactly when you need it – for a season, for machinery standing idle between jobs, or as a temporary stock buffer when your premises run short of room ahead of a big order.

Any yard of 100–300 m² has room for 4–8 containers. We deliberately avoid quoting other figures in advance: how much fits depends on the layout and on how much room you need for manoeuvring – we will tell you at the viewing.
The difference is considerable. If you need to drive up to every item each day, part of the area has to stay clear for manoeuvring; if machinery is parked for the season and left untouched, the same area is used differently. So tell us beforehand what you plan to keep here and how often you will need to drive out, and we can give you a specific answer.
We have nothing larger than 300 m². If you need significantly more space, we will say so straight away on the phone, rather than have you make a wasted trip.
The price is the same for all four yards – €2/m²/month + VAT. The arithmetic is simple: multiply the area by €2. So 100 m² comes to €200/month + VAT, 200 m² to €400/month + VAT and 300 m² to €600/month + VAT.
Utilities are billed separately, according to actual consumption. There is no agency fee – you sign directly with the owners, with no broker in between.
Parking is free for tenants and their clients, so a customer or a driver coming to see you pays nothing to park.
The yards sit within the shared grounds of the complex. A security guard is on duty from 18:00 to 07:00, the entrance is locked behind a physical barrier overnight, and CCTV runs around the clock.
A tarmac road leads to the yards, with a goods vehicle entrance and a loading and unloading area. There is a maintenance technician on site, so minor practical matters are dealt with on the spot.
Check the surface, the lighting and the exact boundaries of a yard when you come to see it – we will walk you round on site and tell you which of the four would suit you best.
The yards are open ground with no roof, so anything standing there stands in the open. If you have particular machinery or a particular activity in mind, give us a call: we will answer for your situation rather than in general terms.
A yard can be leased together with premises in the same complex, so machinery, stock and a working space all stay at one address. We will tell you on the same call which premises are free at the moment; our warehouse and office rental pages go into more detail.

Kirtimų st. 2 is in the Paneriai district, in the south-western part of Vilnius. The A19 trunk road (Vilnius southern bypass) is 80 m away and the A1 access is 50–80 m from the gate. The A19 bypass gives direct access to the A1, A4 and A16 trunk roads.
This is a commercial neighbourhood: Tokvila (the Toyota centre) is 150 m away and the Mercedes-Benz centre (Veho) is 400 m away. For anyone travelling in by public transport, the nearest stop is just 50 m from the gate, so your staff do not need a car.
The complex – seven buildings and roughly 10,000 m² of floor space in total – is run by its owners, UAB Hermeda (company code 221914150) and UAB Eurotrakas (company code 125593520). We are the owners, not an agency, so you agree price, term and conditions with the people who actually make the decision.
More than 12 companies are based in the complex, among them Linas Agro, Dotnuva Baltic and Fluiconnecto. Many of them work in logistics and transport.
